Just spent the afternoon going through the exercise and stretch manual. Some of the exercises are nice and easy but some are insanely hard. But you truly can't beat the stretching the Bodywall achieves through the Upper Body and Torso. The intensity of the Lat Dorsi and side stretch is amazing but because you are in complete control of the stretch due to the gloves
and shoes it is completely safe. So after a hard workout I now feel a million bucks again thanks to the stretch session I had.
